Le droit a enfin jou\u00e9\u0301 pleinement son r\u00f4le. La loi PACTE (Plan d\u2019action pour la croissance et la transformation des entreprises) du 11 avril 2019 promulgu\u00e9e le 22 mai 2019 vient d\u2019\u00e9crire une page importante de l\u2019histoire des entreprises qui pourrait prochainement int\u00e9resser les entreprises du continent Africain. Il faut noter que ce mod\u00e8le int\u00e9resse aussi les entreprises de tailles moyenne et les derniers recensements d\u00e9montrent qu\u2019elles sont aujourd\u2019hui majoritaires. Leur participation au comit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le de la raison d\u2019\u00eatre ou de la mission leur donnera le sentiment d\u2019avoir une voix \u00e9cout\u00e9e dans la construction du chemin futur qui s\u2019ancre sur un r\u00e9examen critique et reconstructeur des notions de contr\u00f4le et de bonne gouvernance.
