De 1842 \u00e0 1853 il fera des enqu\u00eates et des expertises.<\/p><p>En 1864 il va publier \u00ab\u00a0La r\u00e9forme sociale en France\u00a0\u00bb ou il va d\u00e9construire le mod\u00e8le fran\u00e7ais et proposer des reformes.
